Sometimes teams focused on a problem find a far better solution that is nothing like they initially imagined.  For Trash Backwards, the marketplace of stuff saw some traction, but the Buy Nothing project on Facebook took off like no one imagined, engaging hundreds of thousands of people (if not millions by now) trading otherwise unused stuff.
